How to Login

Great Plains Communications uses a secure eBill system for online account management. Follow these steps to access your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the official Great Plains Communications website (gpcom.com).
  2. Click on the “My Account” or “Pay Bill” button located at the top right of the homepage.
  3. You will be redirected to the eBill login page.
  4. Enter your Username and Password.
  5. Click “Log In” to view your statements and services.

First Time User? If you have not registered for online access, click the “Register” link on the login page. You will need your Invoice Number and the Amount Due from your most recent bill to verify your identity.

Payment Methods

GPC offers several convenient ways to ensure your bill is paid on time, catering to both digital and traditional preferences.

1. Online Payment (eBill)

The most efficient way to pay is through the eBill portal. You can make one-time payments using a credit card, debit card, or bank account transfer. You can also view up to 18 months of billing history.

2. Auto-Pay (Recurring)

Avoid late fees by setting up Auto-Pay within the eBill portal. You can choose to have the full balance automatically deducted from your bank account (ACH) or charged to your credit card on the due date each month.

3. Pay by Phone

Secure payments can be made 24/7 using the automated phone system.

4. Mail-In Payment

If you prefer to pay by check, mail your payment along with the remittance slip to the address listed on your bill. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
